Enzo and his crew did a full remodel of the first floor of our 3,000 sqft house:  Gutted kitchen, custom cabinets, all new appliances,  hardwood floors throughout, removed gas fireplace in family room and installed direct vent plus media center with TV mount over fireplace including the wiring of 8 in-ceiling speakers.  New cabinets in laundry and vanity, tile floors in both.  All electrical and plumbing done by Iacomini Construction.

Since this was such a large investment for us (~$100K), we had the project quoted by four highly-rated general contractors (including Enzo.) Our first impression of Enzo was that he was very knowledgeable, had great ideas to improve the optimization of our kitchen and family room layout that we never thought of.  Enzo was the not cheapest, but he was also not the most expensive (by far).  In the end we choose Enzo because of his knowledge and the fact that his quote presented the *best value*. 

Now that this project is over, we are extremely thrilled with the results.  Enzo and his crew were always prompt and courteous during the remodel and we never felt hesitant leaving our home in their care.  More importantly they stayed on budget and never cut corners; in fact during demo they found some less-than-ideal work by our home's builders (Shea) and fixed it. 

Note:  You really know somebody is trustworthy and honest when they stand by their work *after* they have all your money; and that is exactly what Enzo did.  We had a very small issue in our kitchen where two electrical outlets were not working properly.  I called Enzo and within two days he had his Electrician down at my house to fix the issue (only took 30 mins.)   Making this issue, after the fact, a priority is something you want in a contractor but rarely see.

I would whole-heatedly recommend Enzo for any remodel you may be considering.

Enzo and his team remodeled the Hall bathroom to the exact specifications and drawings of a good architect.  We were extremely happy the way it looked when he had finished the job.  He is very honest and worked within the budget we had estimated. He is also very knowledgeable and helped us in making right decisions.  Enzo can understand the needs of the client and very cooperative in carrying out their wishes.  Enzo and his team are friendly and easy to work with.

We recently  did a major remodel with  Iacomini Construction  and would highly recommend this company and the owner Enzo Iacomini.Not only was he on time and on budget, but the work was exceptional!  Enzo is a pleasure to work with, he is not only thorough  in every aspect of construction and finish work,but is honest and ensures the work is done correctly. I would highly recommend Iacomini Construction for jobs both large and small. 
Our house was gutted and reconfigured from a 1930's home  to an updated contemporary home. It is gorgeous. 

This was a 9 month project and a great experience.
